River Ridge Cottages is a rustic property nestled along the banks of the beautiful Big Thompson River, right outside the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It features free Wi-Fi, close proximity to some of the best restaurants, hiking, fishing, and many classic Estes Park activities such as mini golf, the mountain tram, trout fishing, Trail Ridge Road, Bear Lake trailhead, the outdoor adventure park, the big slide, and bumper boats. River Ridge Cottages is a waterfront property and has beautiful mountain views of the Continental Divide.
All units feature a sitting area, High-Definition TV, a kitchenette, private bathroom, coffee maker, microwave, and toiletries. River Ridge Cottages offers some units with direct river views.
No pets, No A/C, and No daily housekeeping.

Location Instructions:
This is a “Let-Yourself-Inn” lodging property, without a formal lobby area. You will receive instructions and a door code as soon as your unit is ready, and staff members are located just moments away. Our staff provides housekeeping and onsite security and we are readily available (via a quick text, 8:30-5:30 daily) to restock amenities, bring fresh towels, or answer questions about the local area!
We hope that our unique model makes you feel welcome and right at home! The “Let-Yourself-Inn” way of lodging is growing in popularity due to its convenience, reduced operating costs that pass along savings to valued guests, and an added element of privacy.

-Cancellation Policy:
-A 50% deposit is processed at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
-Travelers who cancel 2 weeks or more before the scheduled day of check-in forfeit 20% of the lodging deposit collected at time of booking.
-Travelers who cancel fewer than 2 weeks before the scheduled day of check-in forfeit the 50% lodging deposit collected at time of booking.
-Travelers who cancel anytime on the day of check-in or who do not show up on the scheduled day of check-in are charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.
-There are no refunds for unused accommodations and no rescheduling of a stay after check-in.
IMPORTANT: By making a reservation, patrons are agreeing to our cancellation terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip because bad weather, illness, plan changes, flight/travel delays, unexpected emergencies, etc. are possibilities and are not able to insure these circumstances.
